GUTTED!

tag: Grandma brought me to PetSmart this morning after I talked to you.  I always like to go there, but this morning I just had a premonition that there was something inside I wasn't going to like.  I kept putting on the skids and grandma had to pick me up and carry me in.  Then some girl took me from her and  put me in a cage!  Believe me, I was whining, and begging grandma to come get me.  Something just wasn't right with this picture!

Oh my gosh!  After grandma left, there I am in the cage, and they come to get me.  They draw blood and stick me with other needles. Then the next thing I know, I wake up and I've been GUTTED!!!  My stomach is all sewed up where they did it!  Are they DONE?!  I think I'll just take a nap.  Maybe it will all go away.

Here they are, waking me up.  A girl can't even get a decent nap in this place.  Some girl takes me out of the kennel and walks out of the room with me in her arms.  The next thing I know, I see - GRANDMA!!!  She takes me and I start whining with glee the way I always do when I haven't seen her in a while.  Grandma's here!  Yippee!  She wraps me in a blanket and holds me and I know I'm going to be ok.  She talks to the girl for a while then we get into the car.  Too bad she didn't think to let me pee.   Cuz I couldn't hold it and peed all over the blanket and rug on my bed.  Whoops!  I'm sorry grandma.  I didn't mean it...

When we got home, grandma put me to bed as soon as I told Dustin and Nick hello.  I slept for quite a while.  When Nick got ready to go home, I wanted to go outside.  Grandma tried to get me to do my business, but I just stood there all hang-dog looking.  I think she knew that my head was spinning, so she picked me up and held me for a long time.  When we got inside, she held me in her lap until I decided to go night-night.  I want to get some sleep cuz they told grandma I would be ready to rock and roll tomorrow.  They told her she had to keep me quiet, but you know me.  All pep and energy, so we will see who wins that battle.
